DRACS is an LGBTQ led football team, created as a safe and all-inclusive team where everyone is welcome. Society is moving forward and has become more of an accepting environment yet football is still lagging behind. With no outwardly gay player in the men's top tier leagues across the biggest countries in Europe, is it time football caught up with the rest of society. DRACS is a wonderful concept, but in 2020, should we still be needing to create homophobic free teams? Thanks to the players for their honesty on difficult subjects, for the hospitality during the filming and for letting me play!
